A powerful tool to maximize learning capabilities is the heart to truly reach out and teach children. Teaching is not only a profession but a noble calling. There were five churches to send their delegates/participants to really take hold of the KIDStory workshop, some of which are professional teachers. These churches are located in remote parts of Pililla and Rizal, Philippines. The children ministries do not have access to much children curriculums and typically teach whatever comes to mind that day as the lesson. After the workshop, the host church decided to meet his Sunday School teachers to further enhance their children ministry since he regretted not giving much priority to children. A wonderful outcome was a StoryClub formalized by one participant who has the desire to reach out to the street children in the cities nearby.

The KIDStory leaders were amazed how God works in the lives of these teachers. Everyone from the workshop agreed on one thing: to touch the hearts of the children and to further enhance their walk with Jesus.

Another major result of the KIDStory workshop held in the Philippines was one participant named Jewel whose prayers were answered. She already had the burden to reach out to children and she has been praying for the right people to help her with it. Her parents told her that finance could be a problem in starting a ministry for the street children but this young lady would not give up. Two days after the workshop, she started her own small-time food business. The money earned will go towards the startup of her own StoryClub.
