A Global Impact Study of
Hope Zones in Manabi, Ecuador

Kids Around the World (KATW) is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to sharing God’s transforming hope with children in various regions across the globe through three integrated, holistic components: FOOD, PLAY and STORY. In Manabí—a coastal province of Ecuador facing high poverty, violence, and limited access to basic services – these programs were implemented as a part of a broader vision for community transformation.

To better understand the impact of this approach, an external study was conducted to evaluate a central question: Do these three programs – working together – actually create lasting change?
