Called to stand in the gap…

For the children served by 6 orphanages and 15 feeding centers in Peru, our partners at Su Refugio are standing in the gap left in their lives by extreme poverty and hardship.  Since launching our partnership together with Su Refugio in 2017, these children are experiencing hope by receiving a nutritious daily meal and attending weekly story clubs where they learn and grow in their understanding of who they are in Christ, and how truly loved they are.  Over the past year, many of our partners have answered the call to stand in the gap for these precious children. As you read this, another 271,000 meals packed through our OneMeal program are crossing the Pacific waters from Southern California to Peru. In a few short weeks, these meals will make their way to the orphanages and feeding centers to provide sustenance and deliver hope to even more children through Su Refugio’s outreach program.
