World Vision Honduras set up this training in the beautiful mountains outside Tegucigalpa.  They selected 23 key leaders from thirteen different ministries. From the onset, the Holy Spirit began moving.  One participant reflected after hearing the story of Jesus Blessing the Children, “Her thoughts were not God’s thoughts, but that God was putting His thoughts in her”.  The highlight of the training was when we went to visit a local school to practice what we had been learning. The audience was a rowdy, restless group of 75 kids ages 6-9.  At moments it was chaos, then the Holy Spirit began to touch hearts and by the time we broke into small groups fruit was coming forth. One six- year- old commented, “We all need Jesus to come and save us like he saved Peter in the story.”  The leaders began to realize that our intentional listening to the children began to knit them with us and walls began to break down.
