June marks the start of a six-week welding program students from Youth Build of Rockford began their welding training. After they finish their six weeks of training then they work with us at the Kids Around the World warehouse practicing their welding skills before entering the workforce.  A special thanks need to be mentioned for a grant from the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois and funding from Workforce connections for helping with funding. It is great to see organizations working together for these youth, we are blessed to be a part of this.
