Kids Around the World partnered with Graceworks and St. John’s Lutheran Church of Orange, CA, in Africa to execute all three programs of KATW.  The church painted the containers in brilliant colors and profound messages for the community. Together they packed 140,000 meals for the children! The final task was building a very large playground for the children to laugh and play on. These three programs will be a tool for Graceworks to minister to children and families in the community. Graceworks reaches out to vulnerable children, many of whom are orphans from the AIDS pandemic and very impoverished. God’s Word is shared with them each week, the playground and meals will bring even more people to them to hear the word.
