Who needs builders when you have got teenagers? This may seem counter-intuitive to most, but it turned out to be 100% true during the installation of this playground. In remote communities…where no one speaks English…help can be hard to come by. As the team fumbled around trying to get started, they noticed a growing crowd of teenage boys that had come to observe. The team was not quite ready to be the local entertainment, so they waved them over and made them members of the team. Over the next two days (despite language communication issues) they quickly learned by watching and were the key to success. In fact, just before opening the playground to the children of the school, we had our tremendous teens do a bit of quality control by trying out the slides!
