Orphan Grain Train, OGT, teamed up with Kids Around the World to engage the community of Thomassique in the largest playground dedication in Haiti. Thousands of children from numerous schools and hundreds of adults were present to celebrate the opening of their first community playground.

Josias Martin, from Thomassique, connected with Grant Schmidt of OGT after realizing a playground would benefit his community. After receiving approval from the city mayor to build the playground, OGT took the lead to provide a playground along with a team to build it. OGT also provides food for the children in the area, as well as many other locations in Haiti.
