Business owner Ed Chan of “C Pacific Foods” decided a few years ago that his business was an opportunity for stewardship and for helping those in need. In this, his third year of donating meals to the OneMeal program, C Pacific not only exceeded their goal in meals packed, but also brought in some of their vendors, a college sorority, and some personally connected businesses to catch the bug of giving back! The result was that they went about 8% over their meal goal, and one of the groups they brought in has already begun scheduling a meal packing event of their own for next month!
