Grace Fellowship Church partnered with Giving Children Hope to hold a OneMeal food packing event to benefit children in Venezuela who are falling victim to the political strife in that country. These children are suffering from malnutrition and hunger-related conditions that this trio of organizations is bringing them hope in the form of meals, despite the blockade of aid, in the name of Jesus Christ! As the event drew closer, Grace Fellowship Church began increasing the number of meals they felt they could pack, and ended up packing nearly double what they hoped they could do! As for the people packing the meals, they came from church members, local high school groups, some J.R.O.T.C. units, and several other community organizations. It was incredible to see people bound by passionate care for children suffering from such an avoidable disaster, and joyfully working together to make a difference!
