Every trip holds a different highlight. From the Impact Team trip to the Congo, one of the highlights was dedication day. At this dedication day, everyone was in for a surprise with the first playground they would ever see. The closest playground to this area in Gemena is five to six hundred miles away. It is great to watch the adults enjoying the playground along with the kids. During the dedication, the adults were joining the kids in swinging on the swings and going down the slides for the first time in their life. It was a lot of fun and it opened their eyes to the value of the playground and how the kids are going to relish in the power of play.
