Faith in Action Sunday went above and beyond to bring meal packing combined with a variety of local support outreach including a food drop for a local food pantry and care packages for veterans. The event was designated to support local and global ministries and brought out an amazing group of volunteers looking to give back. The remarkable group of volunteers started the day before the event with a group called the Spartans who arrived early to help set up the meal packing lines. The Spartans used the OneMeal bags of rice and lentils (50lb lbs each!) as a warm-up before heading to the gym for their ‘real’ workout! We could use this group at every event!
