One volunteer who really connected with our team leader, Julie Rearick, in Haiti was a young lady named Jeni. It was her first mission trip and she was full of the JOY OF THE LORD. Her laughter was contagious and all the children followed her wherever she went. Whenever Julie heard lots of laughing, she knew Jeni was part of it. Jeni was a great reminder that joyful laughter is indeed contagious. Jeni definitely radiated the joy mentioned in John 15:11, “I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.”
