Katiria, and other volunteer leaders from Guayabo, Ecuador, work tirelessly to make StoryClub as memorable for the children as they possibly can. They very generously use their free time to create crafts for the children to do together so that they can remember, replicate, and apply the story to their own lives. The children in Guayabo match their level of commitment by coming with their friends every week and paying close attention to every detail of the Bible stories their leaders tell them. They are always excited to see what new activities await them each and every week. Many of them return home having learned the stories by heart and are able to share the Word of God with those closest to them.

This is just one example of the amazing work that Hope Zone leaders, like Katiria, are doing in their communities. They radiate God’s love in their generosity, persistence, and undying dedication. Their influence makes all the difference in the lives of the children who come to StoryClub, their families, and their community as a whole. In little acts of kindness, and great acts of courage they are transforming the lives of those around them through the power of the Holy Spirit. It is such a blessing to partner with them in bringing God’s kingdom to earth, starting with the little ones that Jesus himself loved so dearly.
