GLOBAL OUTREACH TRIPS

We prefer checks due to the processing fees of online transactions, but you can make a donation through the link titled “Create a Fundraising Page or Donate to Your Trip” on your Managed Mission profile. This is a page specifically designed for your trip ensuring all donations are designated for the team trip.

For checks please mail to our Rockford office at 5245 28th Ave, Rockford IL 61109. In the memo section add your name and the trip you are going on.

To make a donation on your trip page, click the link on Managed Missions. Select the Donate Now button. In the comment section add your full name and the trip you are joining so we know where to designate the fund. If you do not add your name and trip information your donation will be processed as a general gift to Kids Around the World.

If you are part of a Global Outreach Trip you can find your trip located on our trip page here (https://app.managedmissions.com/OurTrips/5761). Once your application is complete and submitted, there is a nonrefundable $50 deposit fee to hold your spot. This will go towards your total trip cost. This is due within 7 days of signing up.

We will have other opportunities for volunteers to join us on a trip, keep checking our website and social media for trip announcements!

• A valid passport – for most countries the expiration date needs to be at least 6 months after your travel date.
• We will provide a suggested packing list as well as go over any additional needs.

Yes, as a standard, we recommend 12 and over, but if you have younger ones that you would like to bring, please reach out to us at brittan@katw.org
*For kids traveling alone or with one parent, we will need both parents to sign a notarized consent liability form.

Everyone has a place and a purpose on our teams. Our trips encourage everyone to be part of the impact; the only requirement is a heart to serve. As part of the team, you will have the incredible opportunity to step out and serve others, experience new cultures, see God at work, and be filled with a whole lot of joy.

All the information you need to know for your upcoming trip can be found on your Manage Missions dashboard. Your team leader or a Kids Around the World staff member will be sending more information about your trip as it gets closer. You will also receive notifications from Manage Missions and our KATW trip coordinators. Make sure you are checking your spam folder for any unrecognized emails.
